Mothers Day

Known as the State Commemorative Dates Act

The act spans §§ 5-490-1 to 5-490-95 (76 sections).

The second Sunday in May of each year is designated as Mothers Day to be observed throughout the State as a day set apart in the honor and remembrance of Mothers.
