Senior Citizens Day

Known as the State Commemorative Dates Act

The act spans §§ 5-490-1 to 5-490-95 (76 sections).

The third Sunday in May of each year is designated as Senior Citizens Day to be observed throughout the State as a day to honor and remember senior citizens.
