Limitation

Known as the Protecting Household Privacy Act

The act spans §§ 5-855-1 to 5-855-55 (12 sections).

Nothing in this Act shall be construed to apply to the interception, recording, wiretap, or other acquisition of electronic communications as they are transmitted in real time.
