- 5 ILCS 170/2— Any public officer of the state may cause any or all records, papers or documents made or kept by him to be photographed, microphotographed or reproduced on film or by other processes which accurately reproduce or form a durable medium for reproducing the original
- 5 ILCS 170/3— Such photographs, microphotographs, photographic film or the result of any other process authorized by Section 2 shall be deemed to be an original record for all purposes, including introduction in evidence in all courts or administrative agencies
