- 5 ILCS 440/2— It is unlawful for any county, township, city or town, municipal corporation, agency or instrumentality of the State, or school district or school authority to employ any time or adopt any ordinance, resolution or order providing for the use of any time other than that specified in this Act
- 5 ILCS 440/3— Any officer or employee of any county, township, city or town, municipal corporation, agency or instrumentality of the State, or school district or school authority who violates any provision of this Act is guilty of a petty offense
