Building Code Violation Notice Posting Act

50 ILCS 810/0.01— Short title
50 ILCS 810/1— Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the following terms have the following meaning in this Act: "Municipality" means any city, village or incorporated town which has enacted a building code
50 ILCS 810/2— When the building code department of a municipality or county determines a building code violation exists it shall cause a notice of such violation to be posted in a conspicuous place near the main entrance of such building
