505 ILCS 110/2.131

"Screenings" means chaff, florets, immature seed, weed seeds, inert matter and other foreign material removed in any way from any seed or grains in any kind of cleaning or conditioning, or obtained from weedy fields or from any other source, which contains less than 50% agricultural seeds or grains
