Conflict with the Uniform Commercial Code

Known as the Agricultural Production Contract Code

The act spans §§ 505-17-1 to 505-17-99 (15 sections).

To the extent that any provision of this Act conflicts with or is inconsistent with any provision of the Uniform Commercial Code, the provision of this Act shall control.
