Fishing

Known as the Fish and Aquatic Life Code

The act spans §§ 515-5-1-1 to 515-5-1-95 (60 sections).

"Fishing" means taking or attempting to take aquatic life in any waters of the State, by any method, and all other acts such as placing, setting, drawing, or using any device commonly used for the taking of aquatic life whether resulting in taking or not.
