All prosecutions provided for by this Act shall be brought before the Circuit Court for the county within which the offense was committed

The act spans §§ 520-5-1-1 to 520-5-4-4 (167 sections).

All such prosecutions shall be commenced within 2 years from the time the offense charged was committed.
