As used in this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, the terms specified in the Sections following this Section and preceding Section 1.3 have the meanings ascribed to them in those Sections.

This Act shall be administered by and under the direction of the Department of Natural Resources
Known as the Wildlife Code
The act spans §§ 520-5-1-1 to 520-5-4-4 (167 sections).
