Terminally ill hunter or trapper licensing program

In order to facilitate hunting, trapping, and fishing opportunities for a terminally ill person, the Director may issue any license, tag, permit, or stamp and waive fees, including transaction and dealer fees. Youth may take game outside of an established season if that youth is deemed to be terminally ill and the hunt is pre-approved by the Director.
