(a) (Blank). (b) The Public Defender Fund is created as a special fund in the State treasury. All money in the Public Defender Fund shall be used, subject to appropriation, by the Illinois Supreme Court to provide funding to counties with a population of 3,000,000 or less for public defenders and public defender services pursuant to this Section 3-4014.
