County Cemetery Care Act
- 55 ILCS 65/0.01— Short title
- 55 ILCS 65/1— Where any grounds have heretofore, or may hereafter be conveyed to any county in this State for burial places, it shall be lawful for the presiding officer of the county board, with the advice and consent of the county board, to appoint three trustees to take charge and control of such grounds

- 55 ILCS 65/6— The presiding officer of the county board shall have the power to remove from office any trustee appointed under this Act, and to fill all vacancies which may in any way occur
- 55 ILCS 65/7— The compensation of the trustees and treasurer mentioned in the foregoing Sections of this Act shall be fixed by the county boards of the respective counties
- 55 ILCS 65/8— Purchases made pursuant to this Act shall be made in compliance with the "Local Government Prompt Payment Act", approved by the Eighty-fourth General Assembly
