Rules

Known as the Roadside Memorial Act

The act spans §§ 605-125-1 to 605-125-99 (9 sections).

P.A. 95-398, eff. 1-1-08.

The Department shall adopt rules regarding implementation of this Act. These rules shall be consistent with this Act and with federal regulations.
