Department Acquisition of Certain Ferries
- 605 ILCS 5/10-901
- 605 ILCS 5/10-902— The Department may maintain and operate any ferry acquired under Section 10-901 of this Code as a free ferry service for the conveyance of persons, motor vehicles and other property across the Illinois River so long as such operation is justified by the amount of traffic using such ferry
- 605 ILCS 5/10-903— The Department may use funds regularly appropriated to it for the construction and maintenance of highways for the purposes set forth in Section 10-901 and 10-902 of this Code
