610 ILCS 15/2

For every year that any such railroad corporation fails to comply with the provisions of Section 1 it shall be guilty of a business offense and shall be fined not less than $4,000

Known as the Railroad Stock Transfer Act

The act spans §§ 610-15-0-01 to 610-15-5 (7 sections).
