Railway Employees Water Act
- 610 ILCS 105/0.01— Short title
- 610 ILCS 105/1— Employees while operating a railroad or railway locomotive or while working in or near a caboose on a train shall be provided by their employer with an adequate supply of safe, clean water satisfactory for drinking purposes, dispensed in a sanitary manner
- 610 ILCS 105/2— Whoever violates the provisions of this Act shall be guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $50 for each offense
- 610 ILCS 105/3— The provisions of this Act shall be enforced by the Illinois Commerce Commission
