615 ILCS 5/18e

The Department of Natural Resources has the right to accept, on behalf of the State, any payments made in accordance with any agreement authorized by Sections 18a, 18b and 18c of this Act

Known as the Rivers, Lakes, and Streams Act

The act spans §§ 615-5-10 to 615-5-9 (45 sections).

Any such payments so received shall be promptly processed by said Department for deposit in the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury.
