McHenry County Dam Act

  • 615 ILCS 100/0.01— Short title
  • 615 ILCS 100/1
  • 615 ILCS 100/2— After the acquisition of the land and property aforesaid, it shall be the duty of the Department of Natural Resources, as successor to the Department of Transportation and the Department of Public Works: (1) To take possession of said land and property
  • 615 ILCS 100/3— There is appropriated to the Department of Public Works and Buildings for carrying out the provisions of this Act the sum of seven thousand five hundred dollars ($7,500)
  • 615 ILCS 100/4— The Department of Natural Resources shall have authority: (1) To prescribe reasonable rules and regulations in respect to all matters connected with the navigation and use of the said dam, lock and fishway, and transportation on or through said lock
