- 615 ILCS 55/3— The Division of Water Resources shall work with units of the federal government in an effort to evaluate the influence of the construction at the Great Lakes Naval Training Facility upon the southerly movement of littoral material along the west shore of Lake Michigan
- 615 ILCS 55/4— No contract, agreement or other obligation may be entered into or incurred for any expenditure of funds appropriated and made available to implement and carry out this Act without the prior written approval of the Governor
