Vermilion River Middle Fork Act
- 615 ILCS 95/0.01— Short title
- 615 ILCS 95/1
- 615 ILCS 95/2— That portion of the middle fork of the Vermilion River which flows through land owned by the State of Illinois and the Vermilion County Conservation District within Vermilion County, Illinois, is hereby designated as a permanently protected river of the State of Illinois
- 615 ILCS 95/3— The Illinois Department of Natural Resources is designated as the State Administrator of the segment of the middle fork of the Vermilion River protected pursuant to this Act
- 615 ILCS 95/4— The State Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to make application to the United States Department of the Interior for inclusion of the land dedicated pursuant to this Act as a State-administered component of the National Wild and Scenic River System
- 615 ILCS 95/5— This Act does not affect any land not owned by the State of Illinois except by the explicit consent of the owner of such land through appropriate legal mechanisms
