620 ILCS 5/1

For the purposes of this Act, the words, terms, and phrases set forth in Sections 2 to 23b, inclusive, shall have the meanings prescribed in such Sections unless otherwise specifically defined, or unless another intention clearly appears, or the context otherwise requires.
