The plans and specifications for the South Suburban Airport project shall comply with the following: (1) the Department's standards for other projects of a similar nature or as otherwise provided in the public-private agreement; (2) the Professional Engineering Practice Act of 1989, the Structural Engineering Practice Act of 1989, the Illinois Architecture Practice Act of 1989, and the Illinois Professional Land Surveyor Act of 1989; and (3) any other applicable State or federal standards.
