Law enforcement

Known as the Public-Private Agreements for the South Suburban Airport Act

(a) All law enforcement officers of the State and of each affected local jurisdiction have the same powers and jurisdiction within the boundaries of the South Suburban Airport as they have in their respective areas of jurisdiction. (b) Law enforcement officers shall have access to the South Suburban Airport at any time for the purpose of exercising the law enforcement officers' powers and jurisdiction.
