General County Airport and Landing Field Act

  • 620 ILCS 40/3— In all cases where property or rights are acquired or sought to be acquired by condemnation, the procedure shall be, as nearly as may be, like that provided for the exercise of the right of eminent domain under the Eminent Domain Act

  • 620 ILCS 40/12— Bonds issued under Section 10 of this Act shall be payable solely from the revenue derived from the operation or leasing of the airport, landing field, and facilities or appurtenances thereof
  • 620 ILCS 40/13— Whenever revenue bonds are issued under section 10 of this Act, all revenue derived from the operation of such airport, landing field, and facilities or appurtenances thereof, shall be set aside as collected and shall be deposited in a separate fund designated as the "Airport Fund" of the county
  • 620 ILCS 40/14— A statutory mortgage lien exists upon the airport or landing field and the facilities and appurtenances thereof acquired by or constructed from the proceeds of the revenue bonds authorized to be issued under Section 10 of this Act
  • 620 ILCS 40/15— If any provision of this Act is held invalid, the invalidity of that provision shall not affect any of the other provisions of this Act
