625 ILCS 45/4-4

Whistles

P.A. 104-137, eff. 1-1-26.

It is unlawful to operate a motorboat without a mouth, hand or power operated whistle, horn or other appliance, capable of producing a blast of 2 seconds or more duration and having an audible distance as set forth in 33 CFR 86.01.
