Railroad sign or signal

Known as the Illinois Vehicle Code. Portions of this Act

Any sign, signal or device, other than an official traffic control signal or device, erected in accordance with the laws governing same and intended to give notice of the presence of railroad tracks or the approach of a railroad train or railroad track equipment.
