Secretary to institute suits

P.A. 79-1358.

The Secretary of State may institute, in the name of the People of the State of Illinois, a suit or suits in the circuit court to enforce the collection of any fees, taxes, interest, penalties or damages provided for in this Act, or to enjoin violations of this Act.
