625 ILCS 5/6-501

Commercial drivers - permitted only one driver's license

Known as the Uniform Commercial Driver's License Act

The act spans §§ 625-5-11-500 to 625-5-7-504 (96 sections).

No person who drives a commercial motor vehicle, on the highways, shall have more than one driver's license. Any person convicted of violating this Section shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
