Meetings

Known as the DUI Prevention and Education Commission Act

The act spans §§ 625-70-1 to 625-70-5 (6 sections).

(a) Each member of the Commission shall have voting rights and all actions and recommendations shall be approved by a simple majority vote of the members. A quorum shall consist of 3 members. (b) The initial meeting of the Commission shall take place within 90 days after the effective date of this Act. At the initial meeting, the Commission shall elect one member as a Chairperson by a simple majority vote. The Chairperson shall call any subsequent meetings.
