Penalties

  • 625 ILCS 45/11A-1— Except as otherwise provided in this Act, any person who violates any of the provisions of this Act shall be guilty of a petty offense

  • 625 ILCS 45/11A-3— Any person who violates any of the provisions of Section 5-1, 7-1, or 7-8 of this Act is guilty of a Class B misdemeanor

  • 625 ILCS 45/11A-5— A person may not operate a watercraft during any period when his or her privilege to operate a watercraft is suspended or revoked in this State, by another state, by a federal agency, or by a province of Canada
