65 ILCS 5/11-23-9

When such a hospital is so established or purchased, the physicians, nurses, attendants, patients, all persons approaching or coming within the limits of the hospital, and all furniture and other articles used or brought there shall be subject to such rules and regulations as the board of directors may prescribe.
