65 ILCS 5/11-47-2

The authorities of such cities, incorporated towns and villages having so undertaken the publication of such proceedings, papers and documents, may cause the same to be printed or published in book or pamphlet form and may provide for the sale thereof at such prices as in their judgment will reimburse the cost of publication.
