65 ILCS 5/11-48.2-7

Laws 1963, p. 2420.

If any provision, clause or phrase of this Division or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this Division which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this Division are declared to be separable.
