65 ILCS 5/11-63-6

Laws 1961, p. 576.

The corporate authorities may dedicate and set apart for the use of any community building any land or building which is owned or leased by the municipality and which is not dedicated or devoted to another and inconsistent public use and may make appropriations from the general corporate funds for any of the purposes provided by this Division 63.
