65 ILCS 5/9-3-16

The hearing on benefits in all cases arising under this Division 3 may be had at such time as the court may designate

Laws 1961, p. 576.

Such proceedings shall have precedence over all other cases in any court where the same shall be brought, except criminal cases or other cases in which the public is a moving party.
