Known as the Neighborhood Security Patrol Act

The act spans §§ 65-97-1 to 65-97-900 (13 sections).

Nothing in this Act shall be construed to affect or alter the validity or operation of a neighborhood security patrol program created by a municipal ordinance adopted before the effective date of this Act.
