Airports for Municipalities of 500,000 or More

- 65 ILCS 5/11-102-3— Every specified municipality may use, occupy, and reclaim submerged land under the public waters of the state within the limits or jurisdiction of or bordering upon the municipality as may be necessary or appropriate in the exercise of the powers under Sections 11-102-1 and 11-102-2
