Combined Waterworks and Sewerage Systems

- 65 ILCS 5/11-139-2— Any municipality may acquire, or construct, and maintain and operate a combined waterworks and sewerage system either within or without the corporate limits thereof

- 65 ILCS 5/11-139-10— Any municipality operating a combined waterworks and sewerage system under this Division 139, shall set up and maintain a proper system of accounts showing the amount of revenue received from the combined waterworks and sewerage system and the application of this revenue
