Union of Contiguous Municipalities

  • 65 ILCS 5/7-2-1
  • 65 ILCS 5/7-2-2— A certified copy of the canvass of the votes of the election on the proposition stated in Section 7-2-1, made by the proper officers, shall be transmitted to the clerk of each municipality involved in the election, and to the county clerk of the county in which the election was held
