Licenses, easements, and rights of way

Known as the Chicago Park District Act

The act spans §§ 70-1505-0-01 to 70-1505-9 (85 sections).

In addition to the other powers and authority now possessed by it, the Chicago Park District shall have the power to grant licenses, easements, and rights of way, subject to any conditions that may be determined by the District, to municipalities, corporations, or persons for the construction, operation, and maintenance of facilities on, under, or across any property of the Chicago Park District for water, sewer, telephone, electricity, gas, or other public services.
