70 ILCS 1505/3a

The commissioners of the Chicago Park District shall give public notice of the schedule of regular meetings at the beginning of each calendar or fiscal year and shall state the regular dates and places of those meetings. At least3 regular meetings shall be held in different fieldhouses located throughout the District, with each of the 3 meetings being held in a different fieldhouse during each 4-month period of the calendar or fiscal year. Public notice of the fieldhouse meetings shall be given as prescribed in Sections 2.02 and 2.03 of the Open Meetings Act.
