Annexation

Known as the Alexander-Cairo Port District Act

The act spans §§ 70-1801-1 to 70-1801-999 (40 sections).

P.A. 96-1015, eff. 7-8-10.

Territory which is contiguous to the District and which is not included within any other port district may be annexed to and become a part of the District in the manner provided in Section 165 or 170, whichever may be applicable.
