70 ILCS 1805/13

Known as the Havana Regional Port District Act

The act spans §§ 70-1805-0-01 to 70-1805-9 (42 sections).

The Port District has power to procure and enter into contracts for any type of insurance and indemnity against loss or damage to property from any cause, including loss of use and occupancy, against death or injury of any person, against employers' liability, against any act of any member, officer or employee of the Board or of the Port District in the performance of the duties of his office or employment or any other insurable risk.
