Annexation

Known as the Heart of Illinois Regional Port District Act

The act spans §§ 70-1807-1 to 70-1807-999 (39 sections).

Territory that is contiguous to the district and that is not included within any other port district may be annexed to and become a part of the district in the manner provided in Section 165 or 170, whichever is applicable.
