70 ILCS 1820/31

Territory which is contiguous to the District and which is not included within any other port district may be annexed to and become a part of the District in the manner provided in Section 32 or 33 whichever may be applicable

Known as the Jackson-Union Counties Regional Port District Act

The act spans §§ 70-1820-1 to 70-1820-9 (59 sections).
