70 ILCS 1830/17

With respect to any and all leases, easements, rights of way, privileges and permits made or granted by the Board, the Board may agree upon and collect the rentals, charges and fees that are deemed for the best interest of the District

Known as the Kaskaskia Regional Port District Act

The act spans §§ 70-1830-1 to 70-1830-9 (54 sections).

Such rentals, charges and fees shall be used to defray the reasonable expenses of the District and to pay the principal and interest upon any revenue bonds issued by the District.
