A mayor may hold the office of Commissioner of America's Central Port District simultaneously with the office of mayor

Known as the America's Central Port District Act

The act spans §§ 70-1860-1 to 70-1860-9 (39 sections).

Notwithstanding any statute to the contrary, a mayor's acceptance of an appointment as a Commissioner of America's Central Port District does not terminate or impair the mayor's public office.
