70 ILCS 1860/32

Territory which is contiguous to the District and which is not included within any other port district may be annexed to and become a part of the District in the manner provided in Section 33 or 34 whichever may be applicable

Known as the America's Central Port District Act

The act spans §§ 70-1860-1 to 70-1860-9 (39 sections).
